HGH HGH, OUI, OUI.... Valentines day!!!

We visited the beautiful Cathedrale de Strasbourg. This church is smaller than Notre Dame and looks much more gothic. The stained glass windows were beautiful and we were lucky to hear an all man choir sing inside the church. It sounded really good!

We also walked through little streets and ate typical dishes from the area. There are many bridges and little islands in the middle of these canals. Lots of window shopping and eating!

We had reservations at a restaurant overlooking the canals for a valentine's dinner with my parents. We had more typical foods from the area. I shared a very typical sauerkraut dish with my Mom. Yummy!! I had even ordered swans to float down the canal and fly up to our table and drop of the $6000 diamond ring... Well the stupid swan took off with the ring! However it was nice to see those floating next to the restaurant. It was all very romantic!
